To all the frens, I been in US for 3 days. Is a rush trip that my boss inform me during I am on stupid sickness that I have to go to hospital for mearly sore throat and fever. WTH???
Been first time stepping into US soil and long plane trip. First impression here.... not to my liking. Have to adjust to right lane, feel small with the US plp (physically and mentally), not feel like home. But I am making progress, like the food, like the plp. Infact yesterday a totaly stranger I think around his 50 sharing a table to have dinner with me. Not due to the restaurant is full but is exact opposite that it is totally empty. We chat we talk, I kind of like this as I dont have to eat alone.
Notice 1 thing here that credit card is very very useful here. Even on a meal of US$ of under 10 they accept the card. This is good news for me as I am running low on cash and just been to ATM and WTF cant get money from my Citi bank account. I think I need to get some cash from the PG frens here with transferring some RM to their Malaysia account.
Havent been to much place yet, still feeling the jet lag. Today slept till 12pm and I am suppose to have poker night with frens last night but I blow it as I fall asleep at 8pm. Woke up around 12am and well dont care about letting the frens know as well that I "Fong Fei Kei" lah.... hahaha.
Will update some pic when I have times.... or I take more pic. hehe. Weather is damn cold here.... shivering when out of lobby to my car.

My quote of this year - Grounded & Flat
To start of, is not a good year cross over for me. First of all, I lost opportunity for the travel due to the world. Secondly, recent biggest boss of the company I am working in just announce due to the world what ever hardwork you done last year will be pay with stock only and your income is staying flat.
Well I am kind of expecting it but seriously when it was annouce it still hurt.... but I believe there is nothing that make the company I am working with to be exempt from the world. With the recent commitment I had (it is big) I wonder had I done the correct decision to bear the commitment. Anyway I had to bear it sooner or later.
Everything started with last years toward the end of years. My travel plan was constructed and has a bright chance to set my foot to the United State of America. Thats the hope given as I had looking forward to it since I join the company. Then come the news (kind of bad) that the last boss will be transfer out from PG and work at Costa Rica factory. The last boss was kind of the key for our team in PG to success and get the chance to work on US. As waiting toward the end of years, the world crumble and so is several of my colleagues travel plan while I am crossing finger to send me to US ASAP. The situation just get dark.....
Finally Jan 1st 2009, the staff of power being past from old boss to the new boss and my travel plan being finalized. What a bright sunshine day for me. Mood happy, work scheduled, contact being made, news being spread (to a little portion of friends), packing being done (for a little), US Visa being applied and NBA Golden State Warrior Oracle Stadium Map had almost being printed out, all of sudden an emergency meeting being called by the new boss. Raven circling the sky of our group, fog clouded our department, days turn dark, uneasy feeling filling up all the cubicles. In the meeting decision being made. All eligible travel engineer to US all being grounded......
All of this I wont say I am not prepared for it but I do have a certain percentage on my mind that I am prepared for the worst. However it is hurt and uneasy feeling keep rushing out despite of it. Usually within a group I can see the future of the group where it heading to and where am I heading towards, now my sight are clouded. Potetial of project being kill and being axed by the company is there and the chances are high. There is no way out since the world is seeing the same thing. Small potatoes like me is in the agony of uncertanties.......

PG bridge run 2008
Is the annual PG bridge run. This year I am participating it in Half Marathon again. Not dare to challenge myself over the full Marathon of 42km.
This year the event started over at the famous, glamorous mall at Bayan Lepas area - Queen's Bay Mall. Previously it started over at USM which is nearer to the bridge. Rumour says that it is due to the fact that the opposition had taken over PG state and federal doing some "dirty" work of stopping USM to be borrow out their field for PG bridge events. Well this is rumours so how true it is, I am not commenting.
Hence this year the distance for half Marathon had been pro-long.... last year is just 22km (I think) but this year the distance being 25km. Do not underlook the extra 3km as it is 3km of hell when you are tire and having leg sore towards the end of the run. A colleague of my who are GPS map ethusiate measure the whole distance which is actually 26km for the half marathon distance....
Like any previous years I did not do any preparation work for the half marathon. I never train before the event just like usual play my sports on the regular day. Shockingly this year I was able to run/jog my way till the almost end of bridge over Butterworth. Last year I started begging for air by the mid of the bridge and start walk my way. I take this as a good sign for this year. Apart of this little achievement, there is another goal I wanted to grab is that I wanted to beat my father as since I participate in PG bridge run, he had been beaten me. Always finish ahead of me and I didnt even know when he overtook me. This year is a sweet revenge as I am proudly saying that after I reach, I get my cert and medal, had my drink and chit chat with friends for a while then on my way back to my transport, I saw my father just crossing the line. YEAH!!!!!!!!

To those SLR phtographic lovers, come too. Not to run maybe but you can get a lot of good pic on the bridge with sunrise. Saw many photographer taking picture (not participating the run) on the mid spam of the bridge.

Yeah man after the long waiting..... finally I am back to contribute to the gaming industry.
Just got this fresh an hour ago. Though without OS and got some issue with my LCD monitor where old model use to tap power from the PCU P/S but newer P/S come without the power tap out source. I believe this will be solve in matter of a day. Will add on the actual CPU when it is up up and flying.....
